Privacy policy

We collect as little as a website can and still know whether anyone is reading it.

What we collect

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies and records an anonymised view of your visit. You can block it with any standard cookie or tracker blocker and the site works the same.
  • Email. If you subscribe, your address goes to Kit (ConvertKit), our newsletter provider. We use it only to send you what you signed up for. Every email has an unsubscribe link and it works immediately.
  • Pro unlock. If you buy the Card Stack Optimizer unlock, Stripe handles the payment and keeps the billing details; we never see your card. We set one cookie (pd_pro) holding a hash of the email you paid with — not the address — so this browser stays unlocked for a year. Clearing cookies removes it; “I already paid” on the tool page restores it.
  • Affiliate links. When you click a labelled affiliate link, the destination may set its own cookie so it knows you came from us. That's their policy, not ours; we don't receive personal data from it.

What we don't do

  • No accounts, no logins, no comments — so no passwords or profiles. The Pro cookie is the only thing we set ourselves.
  • No selling or renting of any data, ever.
  • No display-advertising networks or their trackers.

Your choices

Block analytics with your browser or a blocker. Unsubscribe from email with the link in any message. To have your email address deleted from our list entirely, reply to any email and ask.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, requested page, timestamp) for a short period for security and reliability.
